Contract Dispute: Installation of a PLC control system for an automated blow molder. The installation contractor was involved with both system integration as well as mechanical installation and wiring of the complete system. The dispute involved analyzing the contractor's scope of work as outline in the proposal and contract, and also based on normal industry practice for a design-build systems integration project.
