Patent infringement: A system to control and coordinate operation of a programmable industrial controller. The system provided program control in a variety of stepping modes to aid troubleshooting and debugging procedures. The system worked with a single controller connected to a monitoring device, and could also work with networked systems. The functions included embedded breakpoints and data monitoring including I/O devices connected to the controller.
